Breakfast Attendant(Weekend Availability Required)

Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, clean, and break down the breakfast buffet and dining area daily.
• Prepare, set up, upkeep, and break down the daily continental breakfast bar, hot breakfast buffet, and beverage area for guests.
• Greet guests courteously and attend to their needs or requests.
• Answer questions about the hotel, including property details, services, hours of operation, locations, and nearby places of interest.
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain appliances, counterspace, and tables; restock items as needed throughout the shift.
• Know and understand how to properly use and maintain equipment in the station.
• Manage food, beverage, and supply inventory.
• Follow company policies and procedures according to company standards.
• Attend required meetings and trainings.
• May be required to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 lbs.
• Occasional exposure to cold, heat, and water.
