Breakfast Attendant Home2 Suites

Brand new Home2 Suites by Hilton in Queensbury, NY is seeking a dynamic, friendly, and motivated Breakfast Attendant.

About the role

The Breakfast Attendant will oversee the breakfast area for guests, prepare food and beverages, maintain a clean kitchen and dining area, interact with guests, and answer questions about the hotel and local area.

Responsibilities

• Weekends required; shift typically 6 AM – 12 PM, possibly longer
• Set up and break down food service areas
• Clean all equipment and areas
• Prepare breakfast food and beverage items following food safety regulations
• Set out and replenish all hot and cold food items during the meal period
• Keep all items fully stocked and ensure safe food temperatures
• Bus and clean all tables
• Greet each guest and build friendly rapport
• Create a warm and welcoming experience for guests
• Solve problems when possible; report complaints or issues to management immediately
• Work in a fast-paced environment requiring continual walking and standing

Requirements

• Friendly, dynamic individual who enjoys working with people
• Previous hotel or food service experience strongly preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Early morning, weekend, and holiday availability
• Must be able to work between the hours of 6 AM – 11 AM

Pay

$17.50 per hour plus tips and a summer bonus.
