Breakfast Attendant

About the role

Breakfast Attendants are responsible for assembling and disassembling breakfast buffets, receiving orders from customers, communicating these to the kitchen staff, clearing tables, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, cleaning and sanitizing tables and countertops, and ensuring the breakfast buffet remains well-stocked at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and disassemble breakfast buffets
• Receive and relay customer orders to kitchen staff
• Clear tables after each meal service
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors after each meal service
• Clean and sanitize tables and countertops after each meal service
• Ensure the breakfast buffet is well-stocked at all times
