Breakfast Attendant

About the role

As a Breakfast Attendant, you are responsible for the overall success of the Hotel's breakfast service and ensuring guest satisfaction and product quality standards are met. The role involves being a key person of reference for guests while preparing and serving made-to-order food and beverage products in the hotel breakfast or reception area. This position may require flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and assembling the breakfast service before mealtime and disassembling it thereafter
• Ensuring the breakfast service space remains well-stocked at all times
• Clearing cutlery and crockery from customers' tables
• Receiving beverage orders and directing them to the kitchen, as needed
• Providing information and assistance to all guests and vendors
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables, countertops, and floors after each meal service
• Ensuring a wonderful guest experience while maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness

Requirements

• Highly motivated team player with strong initiative and desire for achievement
• Effective in handling workplace problems, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving issues
• Ability to work well in stressful situations
• Readily available and approachable for all guests while providing excellent guest service
