Breakfast Attendant

Duties

• Cooking hot breakfast items such as scrambled eggs, sausage, french toast/pancakes, and breakfast potatoes.
• Preparing morning coffee and juices, yogurt station, bread box, and fresh fruit.
• Maintaining the production and cleanliness of the complimentary breakfast buffet throughout the day.
• Restocking and FIFO (First In, First Out) all items after breakfast to prepare for the next morning.
• Performing daily deep cleans and putting away the food truck order.
• Occasionally handling lunch orders from The Placery menu and scheduled banquet lunches.

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous customer contact.
• Time management skills.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight.
• ServSafe certification (optional).
