Breakfast Attendant

About the role

The Breakfast Attendant is responsible for preparing and serving daily breakfast buffet, greeting each guest and ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Providing personalized service to all guests with “Hamptonality”
• Setting up and maintaining the breakfast bar as required by brand standards by preparing and setting up hot food buffet.
• Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee and juices.
• Setting up and keeping stocked supplies of plates and eating utensils, cups and other paper products.
• Keeping breakfast area clean including removing trash, cleaning breakfast area and kitchen counters, cabinets and floors.
• Restocking items consistently throughout the breakfast hours and preparing for the next day.
• Washing serving equipment and returning to storage at the end of the shift.
• Returning reusable food supplies to storage.
• Other and all duties, projects, and tasks as assigned by manager.

• Must be able to work weekends and holidays
