Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet or menu items.
• Ensure food is fresh, properly displayed, and replenished as needed.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Greet guests warmly and address their questions or needs.
• Aid with special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions).
• Keep the breakfast area clean and organized, including tables, counters, and buffet stations.
• Restock supplies like plates, utensils, and condiments.
• Maintain inventory and report low supplies to management.
• Assist with receiving and storing deliveries.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service (preferred).
• A friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• The ability to interact professionally with guests and address their needs.
• A basic understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• The ability to prepare and handle food safely.
