Break/Fix Technician- OKC

About the role

This is a long-term, multi-year opportunity for a PC Technician to provide IT hardware support. The role involves working 100% onsite and performing tasks that require physical activity, such as lifting and standing for extended periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT service delivery, including IMAC, Break Fix, and Desk-side Support, following established policies and procedures.
• Cooky navigation/boilerplate removed.
• Career growth opportunities through developing technical and customer skills.
• Assist with the installation and maintenance of technical products.

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in servicing and deploying computer equipment within a corporate environment is required.
• A background in IT hardware support and a proven customer service background, including conflict resolution, are necessary.
• Knowledge of the Windows operating system environment is required.
• Candidates must be able to comprehend and follow verbal and written technical instructions and scripts.
• CompTIA A+ certification is required.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work 100% onsite. The position is physically demanding and requires the ability to lift up to 35 pounds and be on your feet for most of the day.
