Position Overview
We’re looking for passionate and driven hospitality professionals to join our team at the start of the new chapter at Motek 57th St., a Mediterranean concept restaurant.
Responsibilities (but Not Limited To)
- Prepare ingredients and assist in food production following recipes and restaurant guidelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate orders and ensure timely service.

Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- (Experience with Mediterranean food is a plus.)
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a pizza maker.
- Knowledgeable on food safety guidelines.
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Bilingual (not required however, it is a huge plus.).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Schedule
We are flexible and can accommodate shifts that may vary based on the needs of the restaurant.
Pay
$21 - $25 / hr
