Location

The role is based within our Bakery at The Wenzel's Head Office, Sunley House Olds Approach, Watford, WD18 9TB.

Pay & Hours

Competitive pay of £12–£14 per hour depending on experience, working 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday–Sunday. Hours are between 06:00–15:00.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Making handmade and high-quality artisan breads
• Preparing and baking a broad range of bread, buns and rolls to the Company’s highest standards of quality
• Previous experience in bread production is required

Knowledge and Previous Experience

• Knowledge of breads and artisan bread baking
• Dough making
• Oven work
• Experience preferred with working with bakery machinery e.g. bread moulder, roll machinery and doughnut fryers
• Previous hand moulding experience would be an advantage
