Love crafting bread by hand? Scratch Bakery Cafe is a family‑owned bakery in Laguna Hills, and we're looking for a dedicated Bread Baker to join our overnight team. You'll mix, shape, and bake our sourdough, marbled rye, baguettes, Manna Buns, and focaccia using traditional techniques, natural leavens, and high‑quality ingredients.

Pay

$20–$25/hour, based on experience, with higher pay for overnight shifts.

$500 sign‑on bonus after the 90‑day introductory period.

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time positions available. Overnight shift, 10:00 PM–6:30 AM. Days are flexible.

Responsibilities

• Mix, shape, and bake breads using both sourdough starters and commercial yeast
• Follow established recipes and production schedules
