Responsibilities
- Prepare workstation for daily bread operations
- Divide, shape and bake bread daily for retail locations and wholesale customers
- Scale recipes for bread dough
- Mix bread dough to be shaped
- Follow existing recipes
- Maintain cleanliness
Qualifications/Skills
- 1+ years baking experience
- Ability to maintain a positive atmosphere
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Basic Computer skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Manual dexterity for handling delicate baked items and equipment
Work Environment
- Work is performed in a kitchen environment
- Exposure to heat, noise, and potential hazards
- Flexibility in working hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays, may be required
