Breaching Operations SME

Responsibilities

The Breaching Operations SME’s Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Aids the APM SPM&E in developing and acquiring kinetic and mechanical breaching operations and equipment to counter weapons of mass destruction and support the SOF Mission Planning.
• Prepares new requirement documentation, SOOs, SOWs, APBs, and SAMPs, conducts legal reviews, and develops acquisition and contract strategies.
• Prepares and/or reviews specifications, identifies costs, resources, test and evaluation requirements and plans, and manages life cycle support (operations, maintenance, and replacement).

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge in areas supporting product selection, architecture, system design, engineering, intelligence systems, security, and other technical, operational, and analytical disciplines.
• Bachelor or Master's Degree.
• At least 12 years of experience.
• Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to understand and interpret complex government contract requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with proposal management tools (e.g., SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat).
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Security Clearance Requirements

• Active Top Secret with Sensitive Compartmented Information eligibility.
