About the role

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and implementation of security strategies and solutions.
• Perform threat assessments and vulnerability analyses.
• Develop and maintain secure systems and networks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in cybersecurity.
• Experience with common security tools and technologies.
• Knowledge of industry-standard security frameworks and protocols.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for staying current with emerging threats and technologies.
• Experience with incident response and forensics.

Skills

• Advanced knowledge of network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption techniques.
• Experience with cloud security and compliance.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, or Bash.
• Understanding of ethical hacking principles and practices.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
