About the role
We're hiring a full-time Production Operator to keep our brewery running. This is a hands-on, physical role on the production floor — you'll work alongside our brewing and packaging team to make, package, and move beer through every stage of production. It's a fast-paced environment where reliability, attention to detail, and pride in the product matter more than anything.
What You'll Do
- Operate and assist with brewing, cellar, and packaging equipment under the direction of the production team.
- Run the canning and packaging line - load materials, monitor quality, and keep product moving.
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain tanks, lines, and equipment (CIP) to brewery standards.
- Handle materials throughout the facility: grain, kegs, cases, and pallets, using forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.
- Perform routine quality checks and keep accurate production and batch records.
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Support brewers and cellar staff with day-to-day tasks as assigned.
What We Expect
- Show up on time. Shifts start when they start - be ready to work.
- Work your full shift. Stay through the entire shift unless a manager tells you that you can leave early.
- Have reliable transportation. You're responsible for getting yourself to and from the brewery for every scheduled shift.
- Take pride in the work. Clean as you go, follow the process, and put out quality product every time.
What You Bring
- A strong work ethic and dependability - you do what you say you'll do.
- Comfort with physical, repetitive, hands-on work in a production setting.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions, processes, and safety procedures.
- A team-first attitude and willingness to jump in wherever you're needed.
- Prior brewery, manufacturing, warehouse, or food/beverage production experience is a plus, but not required - we'll train the right person.
- Must be 21 or older.
Physical Requirements
- Able to lift and move up to 55 lbs repeatedly throughout a shift.
- Able to stand, walk, bend, and climb for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in wet, hot, cold, and loud conditions typical of a brewery floor.
- Able to operate or learn to operate a forklift and pallet jack.
Schedule & Logistics
- This is a full-time position with immediate availability.
- Shifts are scheduled around the production calendar and may include early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends depending on brewing and packaging needs.
- Reliable transportation to our Covington facility is required.
