About the role

The Junto is a modern-day embodiment of Ben Franklin’s club—a gathering place for visitors, locals, entrepreneurs, and artists to exchange ideas and inspire one another. As a bartender, you’ll craft both traditional and creative cocktails while delivering warm, authentic hospitality. Your expertise in mixology and customer service will enhance guest experiences and foster loyalty in this landmark Columbus hotel.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality
• Stay knowledgeable about all products and service standards to elevate guest experiences
• Maintain efficiency, cleanliness, and organization behind the bar
• Use professional and thoughtful communication with team members and guests
• Prioritize responsible alcohol service at all times

Requirements

• Prior bartending experience required
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and wine pairings
• Proactive, thoughtful, and professional demeanor
