Key Responsibilities

• Act as a vital bridge between conceptual artistry and technical execution.
• Collaborate closely with the Principal Interior Designer and Architects to develop and document sophisticated design solutions.
• Create comprehensive interior construction documents from conceptual concepts to final stages.
• Utilize BIM/Revit to execute floor plans, elevations, details and schedules.
• Translate design ideas into photorealistic renderings and presentation packages.
• Work closely with the architectural team to ensure a unified design language.
• Take a lead role in the selection, specification, and procurement of FF&E from fabrics, finishes, furniture and lighting.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients through presentations and understand their aspirations.
• Oversee work by coordinating with consultants and managing logistics for decorative installations.

Qualifications

• A professional degree in Interior Design or Architecture with 7+ years of experience within a high-end custom interior design or architectural firm.
• Deep expertise in residential construction techniques and space planning, comprehensive finish selections, specifications, and the ability to translate sophisticated aesthetics into construction documents and procurement of FF&E.
• Proficiency in Revit, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proactive and positive team player with organizational strength to multitask across multiple high-end projects while maintaining accuracy.
• Strong communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment and shares the firm's commitment to integrity, professional growth, and excellence.
