Brand Strategy Manager

About the role

The Brand Strategy Manager (East) contributes to AHF by supporting the Director of Branding across all site branding projects, location signage, research, contractor coordination, and special project needs, including working closely with the construction team and lead architects on new site executions.

This role also oversees the implementation and maintenance of signage checklists across all business lines, AHF departments, and Affiliate-related locations to ensure brand compliance across all AHF touchpoints. The Brand Strategy Manager (East) enhances the reputation of AHF by identifying and fostering new partnerships and collaborations with local entities to help raise brand health and awareness.

You will be a passionate advocate for AHF’s top initiatives, ensuring that the AHF Core Values and Mission stay top of mind in all activities. AHF operates in a dynamic environment, requiring adaptability to provide the best experience for clients and a positive workplace for employees. The role involves working within a collaborative, close-knit team to increase brand equity and continuity while navigating a structure where staff are accountable to multiple leaders.
