The Brand Specialist position supports Beauty Barrage’s client brands in various retailers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets in an assigned market, cultivating relationships, and driving brand awareness. You will report to the Field Sales Manager or Brand Executive depending on your market. This is a fluctuating, part‑time opportunity; the work schedule varies monthly based on brand needs and your willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals for assigned brands
• Represent brands within an assigned territory and retailers to drive sales and brand awareness
• Establish and develop strong relationships with store teams
• Educate and train store staff on brand knowledge
• Execute interactive product demonstrations
• Ensure product merchandising meets company standards
• Provide critical feedback through survey responses
• Leave a positive lasting impression after each store visit

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years beauty retail experience
• Passionate about the beauty industry and knowledgeable of the in‑store retail environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence
• Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team
• Must be available on weekends
• Beauty savvy and able to represent a polished, professional company image
• Must own a vehicle and be able to travel within territory
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds
