About the Opportunity
The Brand Reputation, SEO & PR Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization's online reputation and search presence. This role plays a strategic part in shaping public perception, strengthening search visibility, managing reputation risks, and building trust and authority across digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage the organization's online reputation and search presence across major digital platforms.
- Develop and implement SEO-driven reputation management strategies.
- Monitor search engine results, brand mentions, reviews, and online conversations to identify opportunities and risks.
- Build and maintain high-authority digital assets, profiles, and content properties.
- Create and execute content strategies to enhance brand credibility and improve search rankings.
- Develop relationships with media, journalists, industry publications, and influencers for positive brand coverage.
- Lead digital PR initiatives including guest posting, thought leadership content, and media placements.
- Execute rapid-response campaigns for reputation management when negative content arises.
- Build and nurture customer advocacy programs to encourage positive brand engagement.
- Collaborate with customer-facing teams to highlight success stories and testimonials.
- Optimize strategies in response to evolving search algorithms and digital reputation trends.
- Track and report key performance indicators related to search visibility, brand sentiment, and reputation.
- Identify and implement tools for automation, monitoring, and analytics to improve efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience in Online Reputation Management, SEO, Digital PR, Brand Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven ability to manage and improve brand visibility in search engine results.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, content marketing, search algorithms, and digital authority strategies.
- Experience in digital PR campaigns and media outreach.
- Familiarity with reputation monitoring and brand tracking tools.
- Crisis management and problem-solving skills.
- Skilled in creating content that supports reputation management and search performance.
- Knowledge of AI-powered search trends and Generative Engine Optimization is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Analytical skills to interpret performance data and apply insights.
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to building trusted brands and driving business impact through digital initiatives.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Salary range: Rs 300,000 - Rs 2,500,000 (INR 3-25 LPA).
