About Our Client: The organization operates a leading licensed wholesale platform in the cannabis industry, distributing more than one billion dollars in cannabis products annually from numerous brands to retailers across California, New York, and Nevada. Its technology-driven platform addresses challenges in cannabis product distribution by improving choice, access, and innovation. The company is rapidly expanding with the goal of building a major national distribution network. About the Opportunity: The Brand Partnerships Associate supports brand growth by identifying prospective partners, managing onboarding activities, and maintaining strong relationships throughout the integration process. This role works closely with Business Development and cross-functional teams to guide new brands from initial engagement through active participation while improving onboarding processes and operational efficiency. Responsibilities: • Identify and prospect potential brand partners in collaboration with Business Development.• Participate in trade shows, networking events, and other market activities to develop the brand pipeline.• Support the brand sign-on process by presenting value propositions and coordinating agreements.• Manage agreement execution and maintain accurate contract and partner documentation.• Serve as an initial point of contact for new brands and guide them through the onboarding process.• Monitor onboarding workflows, timelines, and progress to ensure smooth implementation.• Conduct training on systems, compliance requirements, and operational procedures for new brand partners.• Build positive and productive relationships with brands throughout onboarding.• Assist with brand offboarding processes and maintain accurate related information.• Maintain data quality for brand records, system configurations, and operational information.• Identify process issues and communicate feedback and improvement opportunities to relevant teams.• Collaborate across departments to support brand integration, renewals, and ongoing operational needs. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent practical experience.• 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, onboarding, account management, customer success, operations, or a related field.• Experience with CRM systems, contract documentation, and cross-functional workflows preferred.• Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills with exceptional attention to detail.• Proactive, dependable, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach.• Comfortable working with CRM platforms, spreadsheets, internal databases, and other business software.• Experience in regulated industries such as cannabis, alcohol, or consumer packaged goods is a plus. Pay Range and Compensation Package: • Base salary of $70,000 annually.• Eligibility for a 30% annual bonus.
