About the role
As a Brand Manager, you are an extension of the Brand Team and will lead your brand’s legacy by delivering impactful consumer-facing activities and targets for St-Germain and Noilly Prat in market. You will be responsible for planning and execution of consumer programs outlined in the “Jobs to be Done” of the Brand’s Integrated Activity Planning (IAP). You will be accountable for delivering brand performance targets and the increase of brand value share.
Responsibilities
- Lead the local paid, earned, and owned connections briefing and integrated activity plan to inspire creative approaches and ensure impactful consumer connections that deliver on the brand strategy and measurable business results.
- Steward day-to-day execution across local paid, earned, and owned connections, in partnership with external agencies, and internal global and local cross-functional teams.
- Create compelling narratives that resonate and communicate the brand’s point of view, both internally and externally.
- Responsible for consistent expression and visual identity of brand strategy and positioning across all communication touchpoints.
- Lead the development and execution of brand partnerships/sponsorships & experiential programming across multiple channels and agencies, working with local commercial and distributor teams to deliver in-market.
- Actively seek out and engage on cultural opportunities that align with brand strategy to provide recommended actions.
- Contextualize “consumer-at-the-heart” insights from cultural, consumer, and macro data to translate into action with a competitive edge.
- Manage and optimize an A&P budget assigned to you to drive brand equity and brand key performance metrics.
- Utilize data to identify and articulate opportunities and challenges to further brand strategic growth.
- Track measurement and evaluation of responsible activities for quarterly reviews, campaign reporting, and integrated activity planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field required; MBA is ideal and preferred.
- 6+ years of experience in brand management or agency experience leading multiple marketing projects.
- Experience in spirits, beverage, fast-moving consumer goods business, or lifestyle brands; luxury brand experience preferred.
- Experience in multiple disciplines (e.g., digital, social, experiential, media, sponsorships).
- Fundamental understanding of profit drivers and a commercial-focused approach to brand planning.
- Ability to analyze available information (e.g., Nielsen, Brandwatch) including competition and category comprehension for reports, presentations, insights, recommendations, and problem-solving to grow the brand.
- Passionate, innovative, and creative marketer eager to put the consumer at the heart of all activities to achieve results.
- Founder’s mentality: well-organized, independent thinker, multitasker, and confident in conducting yourself ethically and professionally consistent with company values.
- Influential communicator with strong interpersonal skills; excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to small groups such as executives, Bacardi primos, vendors, and customers at all organizational levels.
