About the role
We're seeking a Brand Manager in Los Angeles to oversee the Pabst portfolio, which includes Pabst Blue Ribbon, Pabst Light, and Pabst Innovation Projects. Reporting to the Brand Director, this role involves developing annual business plans, managing marketing initiatives, and shaping the brand's presence across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Develop and present annual business plans that drive sustainable growth across the Pabst portfolio.
- Own portions of annual forecasting, volume planning, budget management, and business performance tracking.
- Monitor share, velocity, distribution, profitability, and marketplace performance, translating insights into actionable recommendations.
- Lead integrated marketing campaigns across retail, digital, experiential, partnerships, PR, and earned media.
- Write strategic creative briefs and guide creative development from concept through execution.
- Shape how the portfolio shows up across social media, creator partnerships, and digital platforms, ensuring the work connects authentically with consumers.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and develop innovation concepts.
- Evaluate post-launch performance and apply learnings to future innovation initiatives.
- Partner closely with Sales to develop retailer strategies, annual selling stories, promotional programs, and activation plans.
- Ensure national marketing programs translate into meaningful retail performance.
- Drive cross-functional execution across Operations, Finance, Legal, Supply Chain, Sales, and Creative to ensure programs launch successfully.
- Manage timelines, packaging changes, artwork approvals, commercialization milestones, and cross-functional follow-through.
- Remove obstacles, solve problems proactively, and keep initiatives moving from idea to market.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience building consumer brands within CPG, beverage, lifestyle or adjacent industries.
- Experience owning integrated marketing programs while also contributing to annual planning, forecasting, budgeting, or business management.
- Fluency in today's marketing landscape, including digital platforms, creator marketing, partnerships, and consumer behavior.
- A "forever-learning" mindset and experience writing creative briefs and guiding creative development from concept through launch.
- Confidence presenting recommendations to senior leaders and influencing decisions across multiple functions.
- Collaborative, accountable, and comfortable leading cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $110,000 - $125,000, based on experience, plus an annual bonus potential.
Schedule
This is an office-based role in Los Angeles (Beverly Hills). You will be required to be in office during normal business hours Monday - Friday.
