Brand Expert

About the role

This role includes maintaining visual merchandising standards, ensuring product displays are fully stocked and inviting, and supporting in-store events and promotions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with store management and teammates to meet sales goals
• Track performance and share feedback from customers
• Stay current on new launches, brand guidelines, and product education to deliver accurate and inspiring consultations

Requirements

• Customer experience and retail skills, including client consultation, sales, and service-oriented communication
• Brand representation and presentation skills, such as storytelling, product demonstration, and adherence to visual merchandising standards
• Makeup and beauty expertise, with the ability to perform basic applications, explain product benefits, and tailor recommendations to diverse skin tones and preferences
• Collaboration and professionalism, including working effectively with store teams, following company policies, and reliably meeting schedule and performance expectations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and engage with a wide range of customers
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site retail environment and standing for extended periods
• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is preferred but not required; product and brand training will be provided
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by store needs
