Brand Expert

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product displays are fully stocked and inviting.
• Support in‑store events and promotions.
• Collaborate closely with store management and teammates to meet sales goals, track performance, and share customer feedback.
• Stay current on new product launches, brand guidelines, and product education to provide accurate and inspiring consultations.

Requirements

• Customer experience and retail skills, including client consultation, sales, and service‑oriented communication.
• Brand representation and presentation abilities such as storytelling, product demonstration, and adherence to visual merchandising standards.
• Makeup and beauty expertise, with the ability to perform basic applications, explain product benefits, and tailor recommendations to diverse skin tones and preferences.
• Collaboration and professionalism: work effectively with store teams, follow company policies, and reliably meet schedule and performance expectations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport quickly and engage a wide range of customers.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, on‑site retail environment and standing for extended periods.
• Prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, or luxury retail is preferred but not required; product and brand training will be provided.
• Availability to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by store needs.
