About the Opportunity
The Brand Excellence Coach is responsible for managing and enhancing brand standards and the member experience across all locations. This role ensures consistency and adherence to operational, safety, and service policies by conducting regular audits and collaborating with various leadership levels. The position contributes directly to protecting the organization's brand integrity and member satisfaction through continuous improvement and compliance enforcement.
Responsibilities
- Enforce brand standards through regular audits across the fitness network.
- Conduct monthly field audits to assess franchisees' adherence to operating standards.
- Collaborate with department heads, regional directors, and managers to address compliance issues promptly.
- Document, track, and manage Brand Excellence Deficiencies in the designated database.
- Manage internal communications and procedures to identify and mitigate brand risks.
- Maintain effective communication with executive teams and stakeholders regarding brand compliance.
- Support the Vice President of Brand Excellence in protecting brand standards and member experience.
Requirements
- Ability to identify, document, and report Brand Excellence Deficiencies.
- Experience conducting field visits and audits with clear documentation and follow-up.
- Strong communication skills to guide franchisees and team members on brand matters.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
- Availability to travel 60-70%, including international locations.
- Strong leadership and managerial capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Three to five years in field compliance within a multi-location franchise.
- Proficiency with Outlook, OneDrive, Dropbox, Smartsheet, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Brand operational knowledge and multi-location experience.
- Able to collaborate effectively within teams.
- Service-oriented experience is desirable.
Pay Range and Compensation Package
Pay is $75,000 plus bonuses up to $90,000.
