Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve the company’s global brand strategy in partnership with executives and stakeholders
- Lead creation and execution of integrated global brand campaigns across multiple channels
- Ensure brand consistency across advertising, events, sponsorships, customer stories, and merchandise
- Own advertising strategy including channel planning and campaign optimization
- Drive integrated paid media initiatives to boost awareness and engagement
- Establish and manage measurement frameworks connecting brand investment to business outcomes
- Serve as the primary marketing lead for the company and McLaren Racing partnership
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or corporate marketing within B2B tech or SaaS environments
- Proven success in leading global brand campaigns with measurable impact
- Experience with sports marketing, sponsorships, or strategic partnerships preferred
- Strong understanding of brand-to-demand measurement and marketing analytics
- Experience managing agencies, media partners, and global vendors
- Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
