About the role
We are seeking a Brand Designer (P3) to help define and scale Crusoe’s visual identity. This role involves evolving and maintaining our brand identity system, working closely with the Creative team to produce high-impact design work, and collaborating with various teams to ensure our internal culture aligns with our external brand.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and maintain Crusoe’s brand identity system, ensuring consistency across all platforms (web, social, events, and internal comms).
- Conceptualize and design high-impact marketing assets for product launches, major industry events (like GTC), and digital campaigns.
- Design deep-dive white papers, technical reports, and presentations that make complex energy and AI concepts visually digestible.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to design landing pages and digital experiences that are as innovative as our infrastructure.
- Manage the end-to-end design process, from mood-boarding and conceptualization to final production-ready assets.
- Act as a design partner to the People, Talent, and Data Science teams to ensure our internal culture is visually aligned with our external brand.
Requirements
- Experience: 4-6 years of professional design experience, ideally within a high-growth tech environment or a top-tier creative agency.
- Portfolio Excellence: A strong portfolio demonstrating a mastery of typography, grid systems, and clean, geometric visual design.
- Technical Toolkit: Expert proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), and an interest in AI-assisted design tools.
- Storytelling: The ability to take technical information and turn it into a compelling visual narrative.
- Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and can balance multiple projects without sacrificing quality.
- Collaborative Spirit: A proactive communicator who enjoys receiving and giving constructive feedback.
- Bonus Points: Experience with Motion Graphics (After Effects) or basic 3D rendering, experience in "Industrial Tech" or "Energy" sectors, direct experience designing for large-scale physical events or conference activations.

Pay
Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $100,650 - $122,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicants' knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
