Responsibilities
- Play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing Brasfield & Gorrie's visual identity.
- Bring strategic thinking and visual storytelling to every project, translating business objectives into design that informs, engages, and resonates.
- Design high-quality visual assets across print, digital, and multimedia.
- Champion the development of Brasfield & Gorrie's brand identity.
- Apply and uphold brand guidelines across all materials, ensuring consistency in design, tone, and messaging.
- Partner with internal teams and external vendors to review and refine creative work for brand alignment.
- Support development and maintenance of brand guidelines, templates, and tools that enable scalable execution.
- Collaborate with leadership to conceptualize creative approaches for campaigns, storytelling, and key initiatives.
- Contribute ideas that enhance brand differentiation, engagement, and clarity across audiences.
- Stay informed on design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate creative output.
- Support development of cohesive visual storytelling across channels, ensuring an integrated brand experience.
- Contribute to user experience and design improvements for digital platforms.
- Partner with Communications & Video and Regional Marketing teams to ensure consistent brand application across all efforts.
- Collaborate with business development, operations, and other stakeholders to understand needs and deliver effective design solutions.
- Act as a creative resource and advisor, providing guidance on design approaches and brand application.
- Support enhancements to design workflows, tools, and templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Maintain and organize digital assets within asset management systems.
- Help scale design solutions that can be leveraged across teams and regions.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of prior experience in a fast-paced, design-related role preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field required.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with video, presentation, and digital design tools.
- Deep understanding of brand systems, design standards, and visual storytelling—with the ability to think strategically about how design ladders up to business objectives.
- A collaborative communicator who can articulate design decisions, advocate for the brand, and navigate feedback across teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities without losing attention to craft or brand integrity.
- Familiarity with digital asset management systems and marketing tools preferred.
- Minimal travel required (less than 10%).
- Bonus experience with AI-powered design tools and an interest in how they're reshaping creative workflows.
- Motion design skills or experience with animation and video production.
- Interest or experience in UI/UX design principles and digital product environments.
