How You Will Make An Impact

  • Brand Management
    • Actively participate in the continued execution of the Erickson Senior Living brand
    • Create and maintain a calendar of tactics to effectively execute the plan
    • Manage all aspects of our intranet’s Brand Management Center (BMC)
    • Work with key stakeholders in design, communications, and operations to review and revise Brand Style Guide on an annual basis
    • Ensure that all branded materials (OFT files, logo files, letterhead, templates, etc) are up-to-date
    • Review and respond to all BMC inquiries; consult with production and other appropriate teams to fulfill requests in a timely manner
    • Act as lead on all brand reviews of marketing and advertising materials developed by the Sales, Marketing, and Communications department
    • Provide timely feedback to the Strategy and Creative Marketing teams when brand-related revisions are required/suggested for marketing and advertising materials
  • Project Management
    • Serve as the project management office (PMO) lead for high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives
    • Lead the planning and coordination of key corporate events and leadership forums
    • Using Workfront, develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
    • Cookordinate the development of executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and board audiences

What You Will Need

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience
  • Proven knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions related to advertising and marketing
  • Ability to travel to communities as needed
