- Compensation: $75,000 – 85,000 per year, plus eligibility for annual bonus.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Brand Management
- Actively participate in the continued execution of the Erickson Senior Living brand
- Create and maintain a calendar of tactics to effectively execute the plan
- Manage all aspects of our intranet’s Brand Management Center (BMC)
- Work with key stakeholders in design, communications, and operations to review and revise Brand Style Guide on an annual basis
- Ensure that all branded materials (OFT files, logo files, letterhead, templates, etc) are up-to-date
- Review and respond to all BMC inquiries; consult with production and other appropriate teams to fulfill requests in a timely manner
- Act as lead on all brand reviews of marketing and advertising materials developed by the Sales, Marketing, and Communications department
- Provide timely feedback to the Strategy and Creative Marketing teams when brand-related revisions are required/suggested for marketing and advertising materials
- Project Management
- Serve as the project management office (PMO) lead for high-priority, enterprise-wide initiatives
- Lead the planning and coordination of key corporate events and leadership forums
- Using Workfront, develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Cookordinate the development of executive-level presentations, reports, and communications for leadership and board audiences
What You Will Need
- 5 or more years of relevant experience
- Proven knowledge of marketing and sales strategies
- Ability to make data-driven decisions related to advertising and marketing
- Ability to travel to communities as needed
