Key Responsibilities
- Cook up all the pieces of event planning, like picking the right place, making sure we have enough money, and setting up everything just right.
- Work closely with our bosses and friends to know what they want. Make sure all the stuff we need is ready and set up correctly.
- Make sure everything goes smoothly on the day of the event. If something goes wrong, I'll fix it fast and make sure everyone knows what to do.
- Keep talking to people who help us out and keep track of how things are going. After the event, I'll tell everyone what worked and what didn't so we can do better next time.
- Help find sponsors for events and make sure they're happy. I'll also make sure our brand looks good everywhere it goes.
- Create fun ways to get people excited about coming to our events. I'll use different tools like social media to spread the word.
- Take care of the money for the events. I'll make sure we don't spend too much and still have a great event.
