About the role
This role is hybrid, based in our Denver office, with a presence 2 days a week. This role leads the strategy, execution, and evolution of how OrthoFi shows up in the market.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve OrthoFi’s brand messaging, positioning, and voice.
- Ensure consistency across marketing, sales, product, and customer communications.
- Lead thought leadership, PR opportunities, awards submissions, and executive visibility initiatives.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on brand reputation and market positioning.
- Develop and execute content strategy across blogs, customer stories, ebooks, reports, webinars, video, and social media.
- Manage editorial planning aligned with business priorities and go-to-market initiatives.
- Lead executive thought leadership programs, including LinkedIn content, speaking engagements, and ghostwriting.
- Support major launches, events, and company initiatives through strategic content planning.
- Manage external agencies, freelancers, and creative partners.
- Oversee content production, video creation, and brand storytelling initiatives.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with brand standards.
- Partner with product, sales, demand generation, and customer teams to align messaging and content.
- Measure performance across brand, content, and thought leadership programs.
- Present insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, brand strategy, communications, or product marketing.
- Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, storytelling, and content development.
- Experience building thought leadership and executive visibility programs.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
- Experience managing agencies and external partners.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance strategy and execution.
Qualifications
- Nice to have: Experience in SaaS, healthcare, fintech, or high-growth organizations.
- Nice to have: Experience supporting multi-brand or portfolio businesses.
- Nice to have: Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and modern marketing tools.
- Nice to have: Experience with video production, PR, earned media, or executive communications.
