Responsibilities Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction.Cultivate sustainable relationships with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the appropriate methods and tools.Meet personal and team sales targets for exceptional service.Address customer complaints, offering timely solutions and alternatives within specified time limits; follow up to ensure resolution before installations are complete.Maintain records of customer interactions, process accounts, and file documents.Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.Go the extra mile to engage customers proactively. Skills Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.Track record of exceeding quota.Strong communication skills with an emphasis on active listening.Customer orientation and the ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
