Brand Ambassador Supervisor

Compensation, Schedule & Location

Compensation: Hourly Pay + Bonus (semi-monthly).

Schedule: Wednesday–Sunday (Mondays & Tuesdays off)

Shift: Possible start time is 8:30 AM with a standard 8-hour shift, plus occasional 2 hours of overtime.

Location: Travel required to Costco & Lowes stores throughout Austin, San Antonio and College Station.

About the role

As an ABC Brand Ambassador Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to conduct initial interviews, train, supervise, and coordinate schedules and activities of Brand Ambassadors who set leads for in-home consultations (while at one or more of the locations of our partners) for the custom installation or replacement of water treatment systems, or air conditioning and heating systems. When possible, the Supervisor will be expected to also serve in the role of a Brand Ambassador.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial interviews, train, coordinate schedules and supervise the Brand Ambassador team.
• Develop and maintain highly productive and positive business relationships with employees, supervisors and managers of each warehouse location.
• Coordinate with service managers, sales people and ABC Lead Coordinator for scheduling and reviewing lead generation goals and execution.
• Set-up, coordination, take-down and storage of road-show displays; maintaining kiosk displays (including graphics and adequate supply of brochures).
• Set sales calls in the warehouse lead-management system.
• Represent and/or market the brands (and products/services) of the warehouse company (e.g., Costco, Lowes), the manufacturing company (e.g., Lennox, Carrier or EcoWater) and the service company (ABC Home & Commercial) in a highly positive, professional and courteous manner.
• Ensure a professional impression of all companies at all times and in all circumstances (even if the only exchange is a friendly “smile”).
• Develop and maintain an outstanding knowledge of product lines and services.
• Document and/or update customer records and interactions as required.
• Set appointments for in-home consultation with ABC sales specialists.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid driver’s license with an issue date of at least five years prior to the date of this application.
• Merchandising experience (preferred) and supervision experience (required).
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with members/clients.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing or customer service is preferred.
• Outgoing personality and passion for speaking with people (in a public setting).
• Strong organizational skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must be capable of standing for long periods of time.
• Ability to stay focused in an environment that may be prone to continuous distractions and interruptions.
• Ability to work weekends with minimal supervision required.
• Required to operate a company vehicle and observe all related company driving policies.
• Able to drive a vehicle and safely enter and exit a truck or car.
• Ability to drive an automatic transmission vehicle.
