Brand Ambassador/Server

About the role

Tea Around Town Miami is seeking highly ambitious professionals to join our dual role of Server and Brand Ambassador positions. This position offers a unique opportunity to serve as the face and voice of our brand, providing exceptional guest service and promoting our services.

Server

• Responsible for organizing and keeping track of necessary materials onboard the Tea Around Town bus.
• Maintain clear communication with the kitchen and bus operations teams.
• Greet, engage with, and serve guests during the tour.
• Clean and reset the bus for multiple trips a day to ensure efficient and organized turnover.
• Collaborate and communicate with other team members to ensure exemplary guest service.

Brand Ambassador

• Welcoming guests in a polite and friendly manner.
• Checking and scanning guests' tickets and directing them to the bus.
• Informing guests about departure times, location of stops, and other needed information.
• Collect guest information to assist in resolving customer service-related issues and concerns.
• Coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute the day-to-day operations.
• Be responsible for company equipment.
• Promote a culture of positivity.
• Monitor the safety of employees and guests.
• Conduct and submit various reports as assigned.

Responsibilities

• As a Server, you will greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, offer the entire tea menu, provide accurate and efficient menu recommendations, clear tables, and reset them completely and efficiently.
• As a Brand Ambassador, you will greet guests politely and friendly, check and scan guests' tickets, direct them to the bus, inform them about departure times, location of stops, and other needed information, collect guest information to assist in resolving customer service-related issues and concerns, coordinate with and support colleagues, bus operators, dispatchers, and managers to execute the day-to-day operations, be responsible for company equipment, promote a culture of positivity, monitor the safety of employees and guests, and conduct and submit various reports as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of culinary terminology and food preparation techniques is beneficial.
• Exemplary time management skills to prioritize and manage tasks effectively.
• Excellent customer service skills to provide a positive dining experience for guests.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and changing environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Experience with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with guests.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• An enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with a passion for travel, tourism, and exploring new destinations.
• Knowledge of Miami, FL attractions, landmarks, and tourist hotspots is strongly preferred.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, and marketing is advantageous but not required.
• Able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with the potential for remote or offsite assignments.
