Brand Ambassador & Relationship Development

About the role

Panhandle Cleaning & Restoration is a growing, family-owned fire, water, storm damage, and mold remediation company. We are hiring a Brand Ambassador to represent our company in the local market by building relationships, opening doors, and generating qualified meetings — without the pressure of a traditional sales position. This is a relationship-building and territory development role, not a closing role.

Responsibilities

• Make face-to-face visits to local businesses
• Build relationships with:
• Property Managers
• Commercial Facilities
• Insurance Agents
• Plumbers
• Business Owners
• Navigate gatekeepers professionally
• Identify potential service needs
• Schedule “at-the-desk” meetings for senior sales
• Attend meetings alongside senior sales (no solo closing)
• Represent the company at networking events and Chamber meetings
• Maintain long-term relationships after onboarding

• Enjoy in-person networking and relationship building
• Confident starting conversations
• Organized and self-motivated
• Prefer building trust over aggressive selling
• Want a career path in sales (optional)
• Comfortable working independently in the field
