Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Paid Time Off

Responsibilities

• Promote and maintain all steps of the outstanding guest service program with each patron and team member you may come in contact with.
• Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy, and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.
• Utilizes smiles and frequent eye contact and a friendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness.
• Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins.
• Is ready to serve and well informed of daily facility hours of operation, promotional programs and any other relevant valuable guest information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.
• Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.
• Responsible for talking with customers, posing for pictures, and interacting will guests while projecting the Hollywood brand.

Qualifications

• Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
• High School diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior entertainer experience preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be able to wear and appear comfortable in uniform/costumes.
• Adheres fully to established company and departmental appearance standards; including uniform, hygiene, and general appearance guidelines at all times.
