Brand Ambassador - Qui Tequila

About the role
QUI Tequila is a luxury, additive-free tequila brand known for its smooth profile and high-profile collaborations with Chef Nobu and artist KAWS. We are growing our presence across the New Jersey market and looking for dependable, outgoing ambassadors to represent the brand in high-traffic retail environments.
We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to host in-store product demonstrations at Costco and other retail locations in and around Teterboro, NJ. This is a customer-facing role focused on engaging shoppers, educating them about Qui Tequila, and driving trial and sales through authentic brand storytelling. Training and sales materials will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Host in-store product demos and tastings
- Educate customers on Qui Tequila's quality, process, and flavor profile
- Create a welcoming and professional experience for shoppers
- Drive product awareness and sales through customer engagement
- Build strong relationships with store staff
- Track engagement and submit recap notes after events
Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be available Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Retail Experience Preferred
- Strong communication skills and a confident, professional presence
- Reliable transportation within the Teterboro area
- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable engaging with the public
- Previous experience in sales, promotions, hospitality, or brand ambassador work is a plus
Pay
$30-$50 per hour
Performance bonuses tied to bottles sold
Schedule
Approximately 15-28 hours per week
Based in Teterboro, NJ. Work at Costco and other retail locations across the surrounding area. Must be willing to travel to nearby event locations.
