Overview We're seeking an energetic and skilled Brand Ambassador to represent our automotive client at an upcoming major industry tradeshow! Event Details Location: Orange County Convention Center (9800 International Dr., Orlando, FL 32819)Tradeshow: IACP (International Association of Chief’s of Police) 2026Schedule:Sunday, October 25: 10:00am – 5:00pmMonday, October 26: 10:00am – 5:00pmTuesday, October 27: 10:00am – 2:00pm Key Responsibilities Guest Management Efficiently check in guests using badge scanning and lead capture processesGuide attendees through the experience, providing support as neededDirect guests to appropriate OEM representatives based on their inquiries Booth Operations Maintain high energy and enthusiasm, especially during peak traffic periodsCollaborate with the Booth Manager for scheduling and break coordinationAdapt quickly to a fast-paced environment while ensuring positive guest interactions Qualifications Prior experience as a Brand Ambassador at large events, preferredExceptional verbal communication and active listening skillsStrong teamwork abilitiesPhysical capability to walk, reach, stoop, kneel, and crouch frequently Additional Information Daily parking/transportation reimbursement up to $25 (receipts required)Lunch break (30 minutes) scheduled by Booth ManagerPunctuality and adherence to check-in procedures are crucial Join us in creating an unforgettable automotive experience for our esteemed guests!
