Responsibilities
- Engage shoppers in friendly conversations
- Generate interest in our premium window and door solutions
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations
- Educate homeowners about our products and services
- Set up and maintain professional branded displays
- Help drive leads that directly impact company growth
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup

- Confident starting conversations with strangers
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Pay
Guaranteed $18/hour base pay with unlimited weekly bonuses for every qualified appointment. Top performers regularly earn $25‑$35+ per hour (combined base pay and performance bonuses).
