Responsibilities

• Engage shoppers in friendly conversations
• Generate interest in our premium window and door solutions
• Schedule qualified in‑home consultations
• Educate homeowners about our products and services
• Set up and maintain professional branded displays
• Help drive leads that directly impact company growth
• No hard selling or cold calling – just great conversations with interested homeowners

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone
• Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup

Skills

• Love talking to people and meeting new faces
• Confident starting conversations with strangers
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Enjoy a performance‑based environment
• Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next opportunity
