- Engage shoppers in friendly conversations
- Generate interest in our premium window and door solutions
- Schedule qualified in-home consultations
- Educate homeowners about our products and services
- Set up and maintain professional branded displays
- Help drive leads that directly impact company growth

Retail, hospitality, customer service, marketing, fundraising, event staffing, and sales experience are all great backgrounds for this role. No experience required — we provide paid training and teach you everything you need to succeed.
Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- A smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup
Pay
$20/hour base pay plus unlimited performance bonuses. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35+ per hour (combination of base pay and bonuses), with potential to earn significantly more.
