This role puts you in control of your success: engage shoppers in friendly conversations, generate interest in premium window and door solutions, and schedule qualified in-home consultations. No hard selling, no cold calling — just great conversations with interested homeowners.

Requirements
- Love talking to people and meeting new faces
- Confident starting conversations with strangers
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Enjoy a performance-based environment
- Comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next opportunity
- Want your effort to directly impact your paycheck
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone
- Ability to stand and move throughout your shift
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds for display setup

Schedule
Flexible schedules including days, evenings, and weekends.
Pay
Guaranteed $20/hour base pay with unlimited weekly bonuses for every qualified appointment. Top performers regularly earn $25–$35+ per hour (combination of base pay and performance bonuses), with potential to earn significantly more.
