Brand Ambassador - Bilingual

About the role

This is an hourly position eligible for overtime, plus commission. HomeWorks Energy is hiring Brand Ambassadors starting at $23 per hour with the opportunity to earn weekly commission ($200‑$500 or more, averaging $200‑$300 per week; commission is uncapped). The role is ideal for bilingual Spanish/Portuguese speakers looking to grow the Northern Shore community, work outdoors as part of the field marketing team heading into spring, and join a culture that includes fun internal competitions and additional perks.

Responsibilities

• Use people skills from previous entry‑level sales, retail, or customer service roles to engage directly with the community at hardware and grocery stores, farmers markets, home shows, and similar events.
• Focus on customer acquisition; comfortably talk to strangers to promote HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program.
• Table for HomeWorks Energy and the Mass Save program at retail locations and events.
• Schedule customers for Home Energy Assessments or other in‑home visits as needed.
• Handle event setup and breakdown, which includes carrying a table and a 25‑pound tent; requires manual dexterity.
• Attend bi‑weekly team meetings (some held in Charleston, MA).
• Drive to events and tabling locations up to one hour away.
• Perform other duties as required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Willingness to travel to territory locations up to one hour away (mileage reimbursed).
• Minimum age of 18.
• Bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.

Pay

$23 per hour plus uncapped weekly commission, with an average additional earning of $200‑$300 per week.
