Brand Ambassador

Responsibilities

• Greet every member and guest with enthusiasm and a smile
• Promote the Crunch Fitness brand to the community
• Identify potential leads and sign up new members both in the club and in the field through guerilla marketing tactics
• Represent Crunch Fitness at various community events; participate in “street team” activities (i.e. field promotions, direct lead engagement, special events)
• Ensure our levels for cleanliness and organization of all areas in the office and off-site locations
• Set the positive energy and tone for teammates and prospective members
• Participate in daily pre-opening activity planning
• Tours potential members around the club with the goal of signing up the person for a membership
• Answer phone calls in a professional and energetic manner
