About the role

The Brand Ambassador plays a crucial part in ensuring the restaurant's daily success. Their primary responsibility is to serve hearty and flavorful food while maintaining high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Accurate knowledge of the menu and products.
• Prepares and serves guests’ orders efficiently.
• Communicates effectively with guests, addressing their needs and concerns professionally.
• Participates in Firehouse Subs® Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives.
• Maintains a clean, stocked, and sanitary workspace.
• Completes additional tasks such as cashiering or cleaning, as directed by management.
• Maintains a safe work environment, adhering to all food and safety guidelines.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
