Brand Ambassador

About the role

The Curio Wellness Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing Missouri's cannabis brand and helping to achieve the Company’s annual market share growth goals. This role involves visiting dispensaries weekly to engage with dispensary agents and customers, organizing events, and supporting marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Host a minimum of 24 pop-ups per month at dispensaries in the region
• Understand a dispensary’s inventory position and suggest/organize pop-ups
• Deliver and install marketing materials and refresh existing materials
• Monitor and correct digital marketing materials and print collateral
• Develop a rapport with dispensary management and agents
• Offer quarterly brand trainings to dispensary staff
• Observe and communicate new products and market information to the Field Sales Representative
• Represent Curio Wellness at cannabis industry events and activations
• Support the Curio Marketing team’s efforts to increase brand awareness

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in cannabis, pharmaceutical, or consumer product goods marketing
• Proven ability to build customer and consumer relationships
• Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Experience with field marketing software or customer relationship management software
• Self-motivated, innovative, and able to work independently or among teams
• Adapts and thrives in a demanding, fast-paced environment
• Existing knowledge of the cannabis market preferred
• Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal
