Brand Advocate Position in Roanoke, Virginia

Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. Responsibilities

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors
• Entice each walk-by customer with free products so that he or she will be inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase
• Use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to get the walk-by customer to the Cellairis counter
• Persuade and encourage the customer to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote, and/or join our mailing list by offering free products
• Make customers aware of special offers, entice them, and drive them to our store
• Ensure customers come to the Cellairis counter and agree to participation terms in order to receive their free goods or services

• Drive and Urgency: Has tremendous energy and initiative to drive customers to the store and generate sales. Able to memorize scripts and use them naturally and with high energy. Can recognize and capitalize on an extremely high percentage of sales opportunities.
• Attitude: Always has a positive and open attitude and it positively affects team members around them. Always open to coaching and new techniques. Never appears to be discouraged and is always moving forward.
• Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern about customers, and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills

• Lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Professional appearance
• Must have own (not public) means of transportation and have a manageable commute (Cellairis reserves the right to determine an acceptable and non-acceptable commute distance)

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment recommended but not required
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Sampling selling experience is a plus
