Cellairis is looking for self-motivated people who want to be in a highly visible, fast-paced, and competitive retail role. We want someone who can turn a failure into a positive action and great successes into examples for the future. This is a perfect role for someone who is athletic, highly energetic, and in excellent physical condition.

As a Brand Advocate, you will perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors. Similar to a product sampling program, you will entice each walk-by customer with free products so they will come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase. You will use AIDA model (attention, interest, desire, action) based scripts to drive customers to the Cellairis counter. Your goal is to persuade and encourage customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products.

Responsibilities

• Engage walk-by customers using provided scripts to generate interest and desire.
• Entice customers to visit the Cellairis store by offering free products or services.
• Persuade customers to show their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join the mailing list.
• Ensure customers agree to participation terms to receive free goods or services.
• Turn objections into sales opportunities and drive customers to the store.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills, highly energetic, and approachable.
• Genuine customer service skills and ability to develop relationships with clients.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid Driver’s License.
• Professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience recommended but not required: 1-3 years in a retail sales environment.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Sampling selling experience is a plus.

• Genuine Customer Service: Has genuine concern for customers and knows the Customer Service Guide front to back.
