What You'll Do

• Perform customer conversion sales at the Cellairis walk-by entry doors
• Entice each walk-by customer with free products so they are inclined to come to our store and ultimately commit to a purchase
• Use AIDA model (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) based scripts to get walk-by customers to the Cellairis counter
• Persuade and encourage customers to show us their broken phone, receive a repair quote, or join our mailing list by offering free products
• Make customers aware of special offers and drive them to our store

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Highly energetic and approachable
• Ability to have genuine customer service skills and develop relationships with clients
• Cognizant of spending time with the right prospective customers
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Own reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Professional appearance
• 1-3 years in a retail sales environment (recommended but not required)
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
• Sampling selling experience is a plus
• Candidates must have their own (not public) means of transportation and must have a manageable commute
